So todays luncheon was with the creator of www.turnitin.com It was fascinating! First off, the guy could be Will Ferril's twin brother. He was charming and a great speaker. Very captivating and animated. He started out studying rhetoric and did his master's in brain wave research and is teaching at Berkley. That is where he came up with the idea of turnitin.com and they get hundreds of thousands of submissions a day (about 40,000 from our school). really cool stories. though!
